Thanks. It is a MK II about 25 years old. This is the first time I have shot it. So far about 200 rounds through it. It's not the trigger hinge pin, it is way back by the rear sight.
I have an older Ruger 22/45 and after about 30 to 50 rounds the pin in the attached picture migrates out to the right side. No problem to tap it back in. Would it be advisable to put a drop of blue locktite on each side after spraying with a polymer safe gun scrubber then pushing it back in...
I have a new production 210 standard I bought just for my collection. Thinking about using it for bowling pin competition 9mm class where I currently use a 1911. Rounds for the competition are limited to 8 in a magazine. Anyone used one? I may just try it the next shoot then decide if I want to...
Thanks for that info. I have heard that before. Will mainly be shooting for steel challenge using CCI mini mag 40 Grain target ammo 1235 fps if you think that would run in it.
Thinking about getting a new S&W Model 41. Are they that much better than say a Ruger MK II Slabside or Buck Mark Contour.
I know the quality and snob appeal is there but can you feel a difference or see a difference in accuracy? I'm really thinking about one just because of the background and...
Love 1911's and revolvers as well. Traveling around the country any more wouldn't want to take anything with more than 10 rounds anyway with some of the states new capacity restrictions.
That's what I have heard as well for the Solo. The EVO does look interesting but a little pricey for something that holds 7 rounds when there are Sig 365's and Hellcats that hold more and cost less.
