all nice knives but i cary a buck 119 on my side in metro area with no issues from leo or public at large and if i need to snap it off in something im only out $20 and can get another at wally world. i also carry a m16 crkt and a smith swat folder for other uses.

many times i put away my full size pistols and carry this myself.
A solid point and click for self defence without the need for clearing jams and such.
software is fun and can be informative but the best teacher there is range time preferably with skilled friends. Reading and research will only get you so far before a need to put crosshairs on target imho.
