I have a "Stock" Cane, a Heartwood of Cedar 3' walking stick and a 6-1/2' Oak walking stick. All perfectly legal to carry almost everywhere. I guarantee I can hurt a rather large person with any of them.
It depends on how willing an officer is to commit PERJURY. Some will do it at the drop of anything. Others absolutely refuse to do so.
IMHO, the large majority fit in the second category.
I either say just what I think, choosing my words carefully most of the time (When I don't choose carefully there are often repercussions), or I don't say anything.
Personally, I want all Politicians to be totally silent and out of office with ZERO power to do anything legislatively.
I want STATESMEN in office in the legislatures and in the various administrations.
That is what we mostly had when this country was started.:smack:
