Cutting your carry handle would be an option. That way you would have a rear BUIS that you liked and the ability to use a standard mount. Scroll down to post #19 for instructions on chopping the handle...

My B5 is not as tight as the CTR. Some people say they are tight and some loose. You will just have to try one on your particular extension.
