if i got an mmj card, which I'm not planning on, and if a gun i wanted to purchase were available only through an ffl, i'd have no problem checking the "no" box. if some boogeymen came to kidnap me, i'd either use the cartridge box, or the jury box.
honolulu backed off that pretty quick.
and hawaii's mmj record isn't sealed, as oklahoma's will be.

oklahoma's medical cannabis law prevents denial of an SDA card and seals records, so osbi doesnt have to worry about breaking federal law. (apparently the constitution and the 2nd amendment aren't federal law)
i'm all for regulating weed like tomatoes, but 788 prohibits the state from using the med. card as a reason to deny an SDA card or any other license, and records will be sealed, so ffl dealers won't have any way to know unless the purchaser lets them know.

nah, i want it regulated like tomatoes. i'll not be getting a license. i do have family that would benefit from this medicine, but my various chronic pains have been pretty well managed by another, FDA approved, substance.
