Called OKC kayak. They do all plastic repair in house. Told me they would be happy to look at the tank and try to repair it. Thanks for the recommendation!

It has 2 brass nuts molded into the plastic. Bolts into those nuts and a bracket is how the tank attaches to the backbone of the motorcycle. Not sure if its leaking through the nuts or around the nuts. I used some thread sealant on the bolts but they still leaked.

Yes I tried Jb plastic weld before I tried the permatex. Neither stopped the leak.

Anyone know of a place in OKC or surrounding that will repair plastic gas tanks. Tried permatex plastic tank repair with no luck. Tried google but didnt see many options.

Did the instructions talk about how deep of a well this will work on? I would think there would be limitations on the piston being able to pump past a certain depth?

Collector car insurance is absolutely worth it. Much cheaper rates and much better coverage than regular insurance for a lower price. I have all 3 of my cars with American Collectors. $360 a year for full coverage with towing on all 3 cars.
