That is actually what I wanted to use. Problem was that my tractor was sitting 1/2 mile away, in the woods. It is hydrostat drive so I had to repair it where it sat. No access to a heat gun out there.
I had a fire on my place a few weeks ago. While plowing a fire break, some burning leaves blew up onto my floor board/platform and wouldn’t you know it, they burned my wiring harness and the tractor died. Fortunately it was in an area that it wasn’t at risk of burning. I finally got back over...
@swampratt has never steered me wrong. He brags on his Hi-Points like they are a 20 something trophy wife, though we know they are no beauty queen. That said, I finally got around to sighting this bad boy in this afternoon. Once again, Jeff was right! This thing ate every 10mm load I fed...
^^^ This here. My last one paid for itself several times over. I have yet to use it on my current truck at 70k miles but if anything goes wrong, I’ll get my $1200 back pretty quick.
I bought a new cell camera to mount at my entry gate for security purposes but wanted to make sure it was secure so someone couldn’t just turn it off or run away with it. I wasn’t confident in any of the security boxes you can buy, so I built my own with 3/16 plate steel. This will be welded to...
I had a barrel of old wheat that I needed to get rid of so back in January, I dumped it on top of the remaining corn and protein in that feeder. I figure that is what they have discovered. I should have about another 2-3 weeks of feed remaining in there before I fill it with protein pellets.
I bought my place 4 years ago and in all that time have only caught a single turkey on camera, until this morning. I am hoping between my raccoon eradication and food source management, they stick around, or at least return with more frequency. Now I am leaning more toward getting a summer...
Problem I have is that upon evaluating my “stacks” a couple weekends ago, I realized that I need to reinforce my shelves. The one holding my 45acp in particular has pulled away from the wall and cracked the sheetrock.
Loaded some sub-sonic 300 blackout with some hard cast bullets from @swampratt
Jeff knows why they are labeled “werewolf killers.” We will see how they work at lower velocities and short distance.
I will be running these through my 8” AR pistol, thus the powder choice.
