The town of Pawnee has a public range and it is just inside your two hour drive window. When I was there last they were plinking some pop cans. Call the city hall for hours and access.

I shot some Golden Tiger a couple of years ago. I was told that it was hotter then Wolf Classic, I could not tell. I have never had any issues with any coated ammo in my AK.
