I'll be there in the morning. Hopefully I can get some sleep on the way from muskogee with my wife driving. I'm on the lookout for a comfortable ccw holster and maybe a new toy.
I've tried this in my 597 and it won't cycle it, though I found that remington subsonics cycle just fine. The remingtonsdon't really seem to be any louder, but every now and then I've gotten one that was a little hot and had the sonic crack.
The sr9's takedown is similar, in that to remove the slide a lever has to be pushed down from inside the ejection port. It can't be done with a mag in place. The trigger on it never has to be pulled for takedown. All that being said I do kind of like the manual safety on it, I find it to be in a...
That's a nice looking pistol. I saw the email they sent out and it got me thinking about one. Those can be manually decocked by dropping the hammer with your finger on it correct? I was thinking about getting one and maybe using it for cc when my permit comes through in a few months, and I'm not...
It truely is amazing the level people will goto to become the ultimate tacticool mall ninja. I swear if I had payed for any one of those "classes", I'd demand my money back amd thensome just for pain and suffering.
Just wanted to give a quick thanks to renato2011 and the rest of the shooters. I had a good time and really appreciate the helpfull tips you guys gave me. I hope to make it out to another shoot.
After watching some videos of this style shooting it lloks like a alot of fun. I don't think eI'll beable to do anything likethis untill I have more mags. I only have to mags for my s&w 22a right now.
My opinion, for what it's worth, he shouldn't have gone outside in the first place. I'd say it' a reasonable assumption that you'd be able to tell they weren't coming to appoligize by the tone in their voices. Yelling "Hey, spotlight!" Leads me to beleive they're there to be a couple of...
This makes me happy. I'm glad my home state hasn't completely become devoid of good americans. I just hope that they continue the fight there to try and take back the rights being denide them.
I have to agree with Maverick. I too am from jersey. You don't really think about the restrictions that the state has untill you live in a "free state". My father had his long gun permit, he told me how it was a pain just to get that. By the way the bagels there are the best. Oh how I wish we...
A friend of mine recently bought a full size sr9. He wants to carry iwb and was looking at the differnt holsters. I'm trying to see what others use. He's not too sure about the supertuck bue to the exposed mussel. What are your opinons? There maybe a crimson trace in the future if there are any...
What I should have said was the "immediate threat". I know that there will always be those "that know what is best" for the rest of us, as well as the ones that are scared of what they don't understand. I believe public opinon is fickle at best, I hope that that will provide another road block...
Damn, I don't even reload and those prices shocked me. I inderstand buy low sell high, free market and all that, but some people seem to have giant brass balls to gouge at that level. I wonder when they might realize that the imminate threat from the gov has passed and prices can start to stabilize.
