If you had a Reminton 700 in a 25-06 that you shot a squib round in (lodged in the barrel) then shot another round through... Big bang, blow back in your face, confusion.... Can't open the bolt what would you do with the gun.
He doesn't care about accuracy or bullet performance at that range is what I think. Sounds like he is just looking for an excuse to dump some money into an ar15.

I'm looking for people that reload 30.06. I'm not wanting to re-invent the wheel. My thoughts are Buy a few reloads from some different people. Run them through my rifle and see what shoots. Then either have "the Winner" sell me some rounds or I can get some dies and my buddy will load them...

My rifle is sighted in with the Hornady Whitetail in 150 Gr. However I am going on an elk hunt this weekend and I was just wondering if I should get some 180 Gr. bullets. Thoughts?
