I had it for a few months, but just cancelled it a couple weeks ago. It was just ok. When I started it was $44/month. Also had to upgrade internet to be able to stream live tv without buffering. Just canceled after they raised it to $65/month. Plus, realizing more everyday that there is...
I got a Spypoint Link around Christmas. Could be the same entry level one you are looking at. I had issues with it not sending pics to my phone the first few days but the issue was on Spypoint's end, nothing wrong with the camera itself. They got their issues fixed and it has worked perfectly...
Another vote for the Expedition. I haven't been in a newer 4 Runner but just from several rental experiences I like the Expeditions better than the Tahoes, Jeeps, and Infinitis I have driven.
Thanks for the info. I'm hoping i don't have to update it with the SD card very often. It was easy to do but would be a pain to have to retrieve it from the woods and hope the update worked right. Looks like it is working good right now but I'm not gonna get my hopes up too much based off...
Just got a SpyPoint camera, one of those trail cams that sends the pics to your phone. Got it set up today and it is communicating with my phone but it will not send the pics to my phone. Contacted SpyPoint and they say they are aware of the issue on their end and will contact me when it is...
I've never been in there but I know someone going through the same thing, and he is about to give up on them. Since they are local to me I tried to give them my business a few months back. I called them to get a price and they were way too high, wanting $600 for something I could get for...
I like the 321 method and I also like St. Louis spares better than baby backs. The 321 for me has them starting to fall off the bone, which i like better than having to work for every bite. They wouldn't win any competitions but they taste really good.
Not so much manufacturers, but the weird calibers don't appeal to me. I like guns in 22lr, 9mm, 45, 223, etc so I can get ammo off the shelf most places. I'm glad those choices are available to those that like them, they're just not for me.
I use the wet cleaning patches you can get at Walmart in the black powder section they have this time of year. I think they are branded Thompson Center but I can't remember. I don't use gun oil between shots, only a couple of the wet cleaning patches followed by a dry one.
Yes, I remove the plug and run two or three cleaning patches through the barrel. Might be overkill, I just like to shoot it and zero it in the condition it will be in when/if there is a big buck in my crosshairs, with a cool barrel and clean bore.
I do this, and then when I'm fine tuning it at 100 I clean the barrel and let it cool between each shot. I also shoot a primer after each shot to keep the breach plug hole clean and burn off any unburned powder. After the last shot at the range I clean it again just like I did before I took...
