Do you guys have a flea market on Saturdays? I saw there might be one at the fairgrounds, but the number I called was not working. Looking for a good flea market/antique store to checkout today. Have some time to kill in OKC.
I agree with this. Thats the same as someone selling a car with a bad transmission, but they put some additive that works for a month, then the tranny is trash. (I know not best comparison, but you get it!)
So AEI missed the foundation issues? or your buddy saw it before inspections?
Its funny most of the national companies always have the Realtors that have no clue. Not saying all of them, but some. I work for McGraw, I always recommend local companies.
I have shown many houses that have been flipped by people you speak of. As an agent, you can tell which ones were done wrong, and done right. unfortunately, some cannot see that.
I guess thats true, the house we just bought was a flip, but I am a Realtor, so knew all about that. Realtors as buyers see things completely different as normal buyers. Although, I will be the flipper, and the Realtor, so I guess I should say, my reputation could be affected, but then again...
If they want a good reputation for their company they should care.
I could see the fans and all that lasting, I just dont know if I would do door knobs and faucets.
Like the title says, I have some general questions, reguarding prices of materials per square feet. I know alot will vary depending on quality of product, but if anyone can help or point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
I would think a dead(or was he squirming still?) body hanging from the overpass is a good reason to call authorities. :wink2:
Seriously though, yeah, since he had toys close to school, why not.
