I'm glad you posted this. I called Tinker AB visitor center and they said all I need to do to get on base is to bring in my VA card and DL. I haven't been on base since 1995
I have a flatsafe and have had no problems with it. They did a great job installing it. I park my corvette over it and have no problems parking.
The up side is I can use it as a pit to change the oil in my cars.
I spent 10 years fighting for our country and I still have to pay for VA health care. Why don't they start at home with the free health care before they give it to someone who hasn't earned it.
I like taking a nice road trip up I-77 or the fast way on I-35 to Davis and go to Smokin' Joes Rib Ranch. It's worth the drive.

When I know there is bad weather coming I just roll my Corvette forward and we have no problem getting in the shelter with the car still in the garage. The car is parked over the shelter
I've had a Flat Safe for 5 years now and it's galvanized. No flood problems or rusting. I use it more as a pit to work on my cars then I do as a shelter each year. It's great for changing the oil.
