I did the "accurizing kit thing on the Mosin. According to "era" correct... some shims, a barrel wrap and cleaned up the trigger..
I'll be shooting it cold as I ain't had and won't have any time to shoot it till meet day
So I'm all set for the Tri State match this coming weekend. Couldn't make the Okcgc event but this one sounds like it will be just as much fun.

I don't reload nor have any experience in range competition shooting.. but I am...
I find out about the military bolt action tourneys in OKC area via this category post section.. very happy to see that is a thing and looking forward towards participating...
But I shared that info on a FB group and recieved a replay.. "Most ranges have vintage military shoots"

I bought this 28" ribbed barrel H&R Pardner 12 g choked shotgun.
I guess its really a Norinco built gun.
I've put maybe 50 rounds through it..
Loaded, cycled well.. fired pretty hard with 00 and slugs. Fairly accurate.
What's the opinion out there on these..
Like to do some turkey with it.
New to this forum.. thought I would share a Mosin 91/30 I picked up a bit ago. In pretty good shape...shoots well. It's a fun gun.
..in fact I like it so much I made my profile pic of it and me
I do.. I'm a big lover of vintage Yamaha bikes.. especially the early enduros and and early '60 road bikes.. I'm currently restoring a 64YDS3 2 stroke twin cylinder road bike..
The pic I added shows my bike on top and what it's going to look like when done.
