    Eclipse traffic question.

I'm not really willing to book a stay or anything, but I might be willing to make a long day of driving for it. What does everyone expect on I40 the day of? I'm kind of envisioning going to ft smith and then angling SE on some smaller road to get to get somewhere within 25 miles of the...

    Russian concert hall attacked

Russia should consider passing some common sense gun laws to prevent these tragedies.

Are you being serious with this? You feel that a pre-dawn raid was the best way to search his house? Why not have a couple follow him to the office and watch him while they are searching his house? Sounds like they were following him for months anyway. No one is claiming he's some some of...

    Cashless

My issue with going cashless is the control and privacy you're ceding to gov. I get the advantages and convenience, but I don't like the trend at the macro level.

    ATF Little Rock.

They could have picked the guy up any number of places, likely without incident. So why execute a wee-hour warrant at the guy's house? Doesn't make sense if the goal is to handle the situation as safely as possible. So, maybe the show is for everyone else's 'benefit'?

What's the next war look like?

I think the technical term is 'shadow-ban'. It's when your ban hammer is attracting a lot of attention at the moment, so you mete out a ban but hide the fancy banner. Nothing to see here, move along..

Something doesn't square here. IF we just assume what they say is true and he was flipping glocks, this is their best tactical plan? I'd like to hear their thinking on that.

Before you guys start trying to argue an early morning no-knock was unnecessary, you should know more about the type of person we're dealing with here. Apparently he had sued someone about a mailbox location a few years ago. You can't really be too careful with this type. If not for NPR, we...

Crime Lab Scientist Deleted and Tampered w/DNA Results in 600 Cases

This is the primary reason I'm against the death penalty. Gov screws crap up ALL the time. Why should I believe they don't on death cases? But what about if DNA proves it? Yeah, well...

    Engine break in theories

Personally, I'd do exactly what manufacturer says. I had a Kawa that set out max rpms for so many miles, up to like 1200 iirc. I think on these small high Rev engines, you should break them in like the people who built them say to. And it was damn painful on the bike. Good luck, that thing...

    The Twins are done.

Anchored so they'll protect your building if someone, say, backs a trailer into your garage but misses the hole.

Are they anchored for building protection too?

    Cox email moving to Yahoo?

I looked at them a while yesterday. Do you use the one off email addresses you can create for website sign-ups? If I do that can I see the created emails easily? I'm envisioning if I need to call a site about an order or something, first thing they ask is what's your email.
