One sure way to keep "profiteers" off OSA is, don't buy. If someone is too "uneducated" to know a "good deal", they'll learn a lesson if they overpay. Lord knows, I've learned it more than once. Heck, 6 months from now we all may wish we would've bought 10 AR-15's at $2K each. Market could...
Thank you to the men who closed to engage and stop this disturbed individual. I'm not Law Enforcement or Military and I'm grateful for the the service of the fine men and women who make the choice to potentially be in this position every day. My wife and daughter both love the library and...
+1 on Kawasaki motor. 19 HP should be plenty. Worth sacrificing deck size to 44" or 46" to get the fab deck. Higher HP is OK, but if your keeping the turf maintained, 19 can handle it no prob. DO NOT USE ETHANOL FUEL in your small engines at all!!!
Went there today with my daughter. Just renewed. Hope to spend 10 times as much time out there this year than last. Range-master told me today that for about $20/ month (additional) you can schedule 1.5 hour sessions with an instructor throughout the month. Not sure how many times, but...
Got there about 9:30. Extended NRA membership, got in free. My 12 yr old daughter got in for $3.00. Bought her a 50 BMG aluminum tip round for souvenir (another $3). She thought was cool. (BTW, Top Shot is shooting a 50 on Tuesday). Proceeded to have custom molded ear protection made for...
Thanks a ton for all your knowledge and input. If/when I buy it'll probably be an AK. A little concerned about the brass ammo though.
I was at USSA yesterday and one of the Range Masters suggested I take a short "full auto" cert course. They have full auto AK's they rent pretty cheaply by...
So here's the deal. I'm deep in to 7.62 x 39 ammo. About 650 rounds of all brass at about .75/round. Bought it thinking I'd buy a rifle to fire it at some point. Can't seem to get out of it what I paid in sale or trade because of all the cheap surplus available, so, what the heck. I'll buy...
Just put a G26 in my 11 Yr old daughter's hands for the first time today. She's been shooting a 17. She LOVED it. Guess I'll have to get another for me!!
Interesting many of the ladies like the small revolvers. Great at close range, but a bear to hold on to with small hands. Couldn't agree more on making sure SHE likes it and is comfortable with it. Otherwise, it'll sit at home until she feels like she NEEDS it.
Flexible and dependable. Alan met me at 6:30 AM before work so I wouldn't have to wait for his lunchtime. Items were in excellent condition as discussed. Also, thanks for the tips on the G26 mods, Alan. Can't wait to try them out.
Great transaction with Ron today. On time as promised. Excellent condition, better than expected. Good to run into another Okie from Muskogee and Rougher!! Small world.
I'm not sure either, but you can bet it has to do with dollars and cents. They should have come back on line by now. At this point, with the demand, you'd think it would make sense to a manufacturer to build a production line and pay for it with the current demand.
Great to deal with Glocker. On time and clean transaction. I counted the $ twice and still had 2 cnotes stick together. He counted it and gave me the extra bill back. Sd "I can't take what's not mine". Deal with honor and trust. He even broke down the AR to the bolt carrier to make sure it...
