Just picked one up this morning at 2A and put a couple hundred rounds through it. Ran 100% on all ammo I tried.
Nice accurate gun with very low recoil. So far it seems noticeably more accurate in my hands than the XD9 service I used to own. I'll post some pics when I can.
Only problem I've had with a Glock was a broken recoil spring assembly from a G26. They only asked where to send the replacement and didn't care if I was the original owner.
The ACR has always seemed like a nice idea to me but I just don't see it justifying a $2300 price. I thought the caliber interchangeability would be a big plus, but what good is caliber interchangeability when you could have just bought two (or more) guns at the same price.
Easy job with the screw on front sight. I've installed them on a few Glocks. All the new sets of night sights I've ordered included the front sight tool for free.
Are you able to pocket carry the PT709 comfortably? I checked one out recently and it seemed a little too large, but I didn't try it in the pocket.
