I use the RCBS trimmer. It's mounted to a piece of 3/8" X 4" angle iron. I chuck it up in my vise and crank away. Slow, but it works good.
As I'm looking around here in my reloading room, I don't see it. It's hard to miss, what with being mounted to that iron. Now I gotta' go look for it! :oops3:

I would look for a AR15. There are many out there that will fit your budget. A Center Point scope from WalMart is inexpensive and works well, if you spend more on the rifle than you wanted to. It's easy to upgrade scopes as you get the money.
What dennis said. Mobil 1 is my lube of choice for firearms. I like to keep the bolt in my AR's wet, dripping wet during break in, and well lubed after that.
