Which powder scale is the best overall and then which is the best for the money? I have a little Hornady electronic one and it seems to fluctuate a few 1/10s of a grain which makes me a little nervous. Any recommendations/advice?

I'm not flaring that much, just enought to set the bullet on top of the case without it hanging over the edges. I have tried to flare less and the die is still tough to get out. I will post a picture later.

I have a basic Hornady Powder Measure and a Hornady Electronic Scale. When adding the charge do you all weigh every single charge on the scale before you put it in the case or do you just get the powder measure dialed in and then throw it directly into the case?
