Even though the chances are slim that it would ever get used, I can see it happening since this is a discussion of firearms, weapons, etc. They need to add a warrant canary to their Terms of Service. I feel pretty strongly about privacy and am not a big fan of government sticking their noses...
Hahaha, I wouldn't doubt that is the reason. I can't say whether or not a GW entering has been a problem or not, but I don't feel that the sound of a shot automatically gives them permission to come investigate. The sound of a gun does not implicitly mean someone is hunting.
You want this to fail?? So you want wardens to be able to enter private property based solely on the sound of a gun shot? Or am I reading it wrong? I am most definitely against that. I don't feel that the sound of a gunshot is gives LEO justification to enter private property. That leaves...

#2 look for them. Just being out doesn't put them in your pile. I go...
Yup. Not that I fault anyone for that so much. I will never gut a hog, at most I'll yank out the straps and hams without gutting. Most of the time not even that.
I'd rather shed hunt than deer hunt nearly any day. Kill the buck and you don't get any more horns! They are renewable every year as long as you can keep him alive.
It is beautiful out already. Not often I get torn up from briars in February, but last weekend I had to wear short sleeves and look like I'd been trying to fornicate with a wildcat. Got my first tick this weekend too, not sure what that speaks to about the coming spring.
Time for heads to be falling off. Been out the last two weekends and ended up with a decent pile. Only three that were from this year, one was a nice one. Burned a few hundred acres a couple of weeks ago that contributed to the discovery of many of them. Few full head sheds from poachers or...
