I am getting fever for some target practice.
Walmart Federal is a good overall target round at a price that is affordable.
I contacted Federal about where to buy that particular package of 9mm ammo. Apparently, it is ONLY sold at Wal-Mart. They said that if I liked the Fed they sell at Wal-Mart, then buy the plain jane American Eagle. It's the closest thing to the WM stuff that Federal makes.
At the Tin Star Shooting Range we order in by the case of Fed Red Box think its like 11.40 a box or 230/1000. The tax rate is only 5.5% so generally we beat most people.
I get a 10% discount at walmart on Ammo. It makes for cheap, good target ammo.
