For allowing me and my son to come out and visit the outstanding facility. My son hasn't stop talking about the excitement of shooting steel with the AR and his new Beretta. The young lady (I think it was Brandy) did an outstanding job explaining things and where to go.

I couldn't make my mind up on where I wanted to join amongst the outdoor ranges, but the convenience and the joy on my boy's face sealed the deal...

Looks like we will become familiar faces once we get the membership details worked out with Cliff..

Thank you again, Steve.

I have to third that. I went out with the wife and son today for our orientation; we also shot after the class. We were escorted out to the 360 degree range and were left to play. We shot paper and clay pigeons on a wire at 25, 50, and 100 yards. What a fun place. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. That kind of range access for my family's first outing will not be forgotten.

On the range today (awesome shooting mat):

This was my wife's first day shooting. She took a couple .22 rifle shots at some paper and then hit a clay with her first shot. A little later she hit one of the clays so close to dead center it did not break.

Me and my boy were at orientation today as well. We really wanted to stay and get Full auto certified but the class let out early and we had to get back to the gun show to pickup some ammo SGAmmo had for a great price. Your wife is "scary accurate" :ooh2:

Went there today with my daughter. Just renewed. Hope to spend 10 times as much time out there this year than last. Range-master told me today that for about $20/ month (additional) you can schedule 1.5 hour sessions with an instructor throughout the month. Not sure how many times, but seemed like it was pretty flexible. Gonna look more in to it myself. Always welcomed cordially and treated genuinely by everyone, like they really want to make our time there as enjoyable as possible. I realize this place was built during a more thriving economy, I really hope they can sustain what they have. Not really looking for growth or change at this point for me. Just stick around because it's convenient and top notch in my book.

Thanks! Sorry for the delay in responding. I just saw this. I am glad you guys had a good time. If there is anything you need from me as an Instructor let me know. Dont forget that since your a member you dont have an FFL transfer fee out here. So when you order a gun from Buds or anywhere else there is no fee for members. Take care and I am sure I will see you out here.

I think what you're talking about is Training Group. The sessions are regularly scheduled and cover handgun, rifle, shotgun, precision rifle, etc. Training Group, in my humble opinion, is the best value in firearm training.

I've been a member there since the first day that they offered memberships and in fact was the first member on the range the day members were first allowed. Haven't been out there as much lately but every time I go everyone out there has been great. Anybody that is on the fence about joining, all I can say is just get over there and sign up. Trust me when I say you will love the place.

I really want to add training group to my membership but only have availability to get out there when schools out. I wonder if there is a way to add it over the summer until classes start back up.

I would also need to grab a 9mm for ammo cost and a shotgun. Sounds like good reasoning to buy more firearms
