A $1 a bullet tax ($50 per your average box of pistol ammo) would be a defacto ban. I believe Heller makes that type of law unconstitutional.

The guy is just one more in a rather large steaming pile of jabbering, tell 'em what they want to hear, lying, scumbag politicians.

Agreed, he is a steamer.

I hope you're right about Heller though. It certainly isn't applying on Gasoline.

Goofy Ideas like this never work. First, he doesn't get it. Second, how hard is it to leave city limits to spend your money. Third, how many injuries are there from random firing during holidays? Would make more sense to ban New Years Eve
