A buddy of mine and I got into some hogs last night. We killed all 4 that we saw.

Butchered all 4 last night and put meat in a salt/ice water bath in an ice chest to soak for a few days. I will change out water each day and replenish the ice. Usually by the 3rd day the water stays pretty clear. Then they will get a good rubbing and in the smoker they go.
