This was given to me by my Grandfather a few years ago and I haven't done a whole lot of research on it. I've heard they can be worth $1300 +. My grandfather engraved his Social Security Number on the side :mad: One thing that concerns me is that the numbers don't match as seen below.

I don't plan on shooting it either, just wanting to know a little more info from some of the "experts" :D

No reason not to shoot it.

Value as coming from your Grandfather - Priceless
Market value - ~ $500 IMHO (and I might be being generous)
