What a joke, arresting someone for carring an airsoft rifle "near a school"
I guess it was the knives and "Magazines" he had.
Searching his home was a violation of something for sure.

OH MY GOODNESS, he actually owned military items???? I'm feeling faint...
Not smart on his part, but good grief after what all has gone down the last few months, have some sense on both sides of the bust. And him owning some military items, if it's anything short of an Abrahms tank, is it that big a deal except for the media frenzy?

I would say that if they received a call or complaint, they had probable cause or reasonable suspicion to stop him and check him out. It's not everyday you see someone jogging down the street in full gear. After checking, I'd say they would have to let him go.

I think his thoughts behind it was "Train like you fight and Fight like you train."
