heating/ ac help

my son needs a outside h/ac unit. i think it is a rooftop unit. very limited space so it can't have a large footprint. maybe some h/ac guys on osa.

3 Stars is good. I am very good friends with Bobby the owner. I dont think he could go to OKC and still be competitively priced.
