I'm glad it's there. It shows that the country is a country/state based on Godly ideals and i like it. We don't FORCE anyone to be a certain religion, we don't persecute you for Not believing in God, or Jesus....Therefore there is a seperation of Church and State and there is Not a State Church, or a National Church as was in early England. That's all the seperation we need. : )

If ya just can't live with it......... Well..Bye.

P.S. I love everybody. : ) Well almost.

Actually if there was one set of principles present in the founding of Oklahoma - one central theme - it would be Socialism/Populism. Not much to do with theocracy in our original Constitution and political founding compared to Labor.

From the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma:

Section I-2: Religious liberty - Polygamous or plural marriages.

Perfect toleration of religious sentiment shall be secured, and
no inhabitant of the State shall ever be molested in person or
property on account of his or her mode of religious worship; and no
religious test shall be required for the exercise of civil or
political rights. Polygamous or plural marriages are forever
prohibited.

Have you read Section II ? It goes into more detail.
