Mitch, I'll participate.

I'd vote for just a thread on the forum…with folks posting a weekly update of activity and/or progress. Daily might be too much, but I would try.

I get enough accountability from my wife who refuses to let me be a fat guy married to a hot chick, LOL, but I can use all the motivation available.

So, what's the progress so far???
Walked over two miles yesterday, have lifted twice and walked twice this week and am under my calorie goal (1490) every day this week so far. Down 2 pounds from where I was before Thanksgiving.

Sounds good. Where do we put it?

Maybe we need to hit up a mod and get a sticky somewhere, like in the prepper section (fitness is the ultimate prep after all).

Today I did 30 minutes of sprints, sprawls, medicine ball squats (wall balls), kettlebell swings, and medicine ball cleans…

Still no scale yet but I did chest and cardio today, The cardio machine said I burned 225 calories and my fitness band said I burned a total of 450 at the gym.

I have a hard time getting motivated. We have a gym membership but it doesn't do any good if I don't go.
6'2" 235# right now....much rather be 215ish. Bum knee and a service company job...no set hours.
Where's my drill sergeant? :)

Dang, Shoot Summ - that sounds like work!
I ran at Turkey Mtn in the mud Saturday. Headed back today to run/walk/crawl with Run N Gun gear.

Saturday: 10 minute warm up of air squats, inch worms, push-ups and suitcase carries followed by 42 minutes of row machine (for calories), push-ups, ring rows, slam balls and burpees on a 15-10-5-10-15 continuous ladder for a total of 55 reps of each exercise.

I friggin hate burpees. Sun/Mon are rest days for me.
