I built mine with an Alexander Arms barrel and bolt. 20" barrel, rifle is extremely accurate. More accurate than I am for sure. It is also a great hunting caliber. Apparently Alexander Arms is no longer selling barrels, if you want one of theirs you have to buy a complete upper. Here is a pic of mine.


I don't know anything about this company, but this barrel looks saaweeet! I just found it from a quick google search.

Same ammo. AA owns the rights to the Grendel name, so Les Baer came up with his own designation. There is an extremely small change in the chamber, but both are cross compatible. The .264 used to be what non AA barrels were designated as. The same thing goes for the .50 Beowulf. It also has a non AA designation that uses the same ammo.

6.5 Grendel is SAAMI approved and no longer trademarked.
