I've had a few inquiries on some work I do on shotguns. This could go under the DIY thread, but to me fits under the shotgun thread better. Don't try this at home. ....
Before: Base shotgun is an 870 Express Tactical

Measure for rear sight placement

Drill using a jig. Scattergun used to make a jig for this but I couldn't find one. I took a Williams and might have modified it a little bit.

Install Scattergun oversize safety while it's apart. I hope I can get this thing back together.....

Remove magazine tube detents. You can drill, grind or swage.
