My girlfriend got caught with me...they recognized her hand writing.

Oh no. What will all the writing analasses do when they are no longer needed. yes I spelled it incorrectly on purpose. LOL
One of my younger cousins has made it all the way to 9th grade, has never come across cursive in school... I'm not sure they do teach it anymore lol
I cursive every-time I hit my thumb with a hammer. Does that make me a bad person??
Yes they do still teach it, and some require it as part of the ELA grade. It's usually a part of morning bell work. I'm a special education teacher in Moore, and I for one despise it simply for the fact that the teachers don't understand that it's fine for normal students, but many of the students in special education have fine motor dexterity problems and they simply can't do it, and if they do it actually causes them physical pain and discomfort.
I haven't written in cursive since the 90's. My sons school is doing away with it for the most part. No reason to have it.
