^^^^Yet another outstanding report from yet another unimpeachable news source!!!! The equally well-regarded news site http://konservativekonspiracykooks.com/ reports that the peaceable bikers were actually assembled in the low-brow Waco eatery for a group bible study lesson. Just as they commenced reciting John 3:16, in burst the Waco storm troopers firing their guns on full-auto and kidnapping all those that they did not kill. The detainees are being held for ransom, as reported by the washingtonweeklynews, though it is rumored that the federal government may well kill them all in a mass blood sacrifice at the next Blood Moon. Keep your eye on the ball, gentlemen!!

what's amazing is how little hard information has been released .. one would think when 9 people are killed and 170 arrested .. there would be a ton of details out by now.

Just think of all the money that will need to be posted to a bondsmen for bail, 10% is standard so that's $100k for each person on a 1 million dollar bond. How many bondsmen in that county could do that, then if they could, how many can they post a 1 million dollar bond for? It seems like a few are going to get rich, or perhaps bust.

I know a lot of these people are going to find out the hard way about civil asset forfeiture, think of all the bikes, vehicles etc to be auctioned off.
About 135 motorcycles and 80 cars and pickup trucks from the crime scene were seized through civil forfeiture law and will likely be auctioned off by the county, regardless of whether their owners are bailed or convicted

Even if the men bond out of jail, they likely won’t be riding their motorcycles home. The motorcycles were confiscated as part of the massive law enforcement investigation, and sources say they likely will be seized and forfeited by McLennan County through civil forfeiture procedures and sold at auction.

Im pondering breaking into the bonding business so I have been shadowing a friends uncle who is in the business recently.

There were probably tons of different bond agents ascending on these folks, its a very competitive business. Probably snagging alot of property and deeds, etc too to hold. The bond agents usually have agreements and blanket payments with courts so they usually dont have to actually come up with all of that cash to cover those bonds unless the person(s) jump(s) bond(s), but then they have bankers and surety bond and insurance people backing them too, and a **** ton of assets to grab.

Four Weeks Later: Waco Police Narrative Unravels
14 Jun 2015

media.breitbart.com_media_2015_05_ap_ap_photo1496_640x459.jpg

Four weeks after the deadly May 17th shooting incident outside a Waco Twin Peaks restaurant, more details have come out concerning the incident, but significant questions still remain about the actions taken by law enforcement and the police’s account of what transpired.

Although the national mainstream media has largely moved on from the Waco story, if critics of the police are correct, the incident represents an unprecedented civil rights violation and media cover-up campaign by the Waco authorities.

Police in Waco still have yet to state how many bikers, if any, were killed by the police, or to explain why the police showed up in force at all prior to the meeting on May 17th.

In a statement on Friday, the police said that of 16 officers that were in the parking lot, only three fired a total of 12 shots. However, the statement still didn’t clarify how many of the bikers were killed by police. Authorities say they have not recieved final autopsy results that would clarify ballistics.

Then there’s the issue of the vague charges and mass arrests: if innocent people were arrested, held for weeks, and publicly accused of heinous crimes, it’s a nightmare scenario for dozens of people, impacting their work, family and personal reputations.

There are mounting reasons to believe that’s what happened. As the AP reported on May 22nd, over 115 of the men taken into custody had no criminal record but were still held on $1,000,000 bond, for what have been called ‘fill in the name” charges of engaging in organized criminal activity:

Waco Lawyer Appeals Gag Order In Twin Peaks Shooting Case

WACO (July 1, 2015) A Dallas defense lawyer who just won the right to view a video of the Twin Peaks shootout filed an appeal Wednesday challenging the gag order the judge issued in the case and the decision to hold over a grand jury to hear evidence in the incident.

In an appeal filed with the 10th Court of Appeals, lawyer F. Clinton Broden claims a request in 54th District Court to issue a gag order in the case is unwarranted.

In his appeal, Broden presents that the district court had no jurisdiction to issue the order, that the order violates the Texas Constitution and the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Vehicle forfeiture documents reveal new details about deadly biker shootout

June 17, 2015 9:01 pm

Documents supporting the seizure of 27 vehicles from those reportedly involved in the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout reveal new details of the escalating turf war between rival biker gangs and their support groups that clashed with deadly results after a motorcycle association meeting was moved from Austin to Waco.

Prosecutors filed notices Tuesday of their intent to seize and forfeit 17 motorcycles, eight pickup trucks and two SUVs, alleging the vehicles are contraband used during the commission of the noon-hour incident that left nine bikers dead, 20 wounded and 177 jailed on engaging in organized criminal activity charges.

Of those arrested, 131 have been released from jail and many were able to get their motorcycles and vehicles back from impound after posting reduced bonds.
