They will be stocking the state trout fishing areas before long.
I believe november 1st. They won't stock the LIR if the water conditions arent favorable, still putting out low to mid 70 degree water. My buddy caught a 35" striper recently which made me decide to get into striper fishing with a flyrod. My new flyreel should be here today.
And an 8wt rod?
That or a 9wt. Got a good price on Lamson Guru 3.5. It's a 8-9wt reel. Next will be the rod, then I'll have to get into tying striper flies
