Not sure, but I would definitely be willing part with some. I won't have a chance to mess with it until at least Sunday/Monday, but I'll probably call a few places and see what they would charge to lift out and move it 10-15 feet. Thanks everybody.

I moved my 12x36 lathe twice with a cherry picker and a 2" nylon lifting strap. If you use a strap make sure you route it between the lathe ways casting and the lead screw / feed rod, etc. Don't want to bend those.
