How are you attaching the press to the bench, and is it quick? Same with the powder measure.
To attack the press I used 2 tnuts and one threaded insert, for the powder I used 2 tnuts. As for quick it's held in by 2" bolts so it's fairly quick to install and remove. I have thought about finding some winged bolts to see if that's faster then braking out a socket, but with an extension I can just spin the bolts into place . For the powder dispenser the drill bit walked on me slightly so it's easier to use a drill to tighten the screws because they are slightly off, I did this about enlarging the hole in the base to counter act this. The power measure I had to use allen headed machine screws as I couldn't find any hex capped bolts in the size I needed 10x24 I believe.
