That looks tasty!
We put ours in foil like that with sliced spuds, carrots, onions and bell pepper. Salt/pepper and a big dollop of butter.
My wife does insist the head be removed. Lol.

Yep and I would cook those a tad longer, those do not look done yet. :)

That will be some tasty eating.
I heard the farm raised ones have a more pinkish meat.. and the wild ones are white meat.. anyone notice this?

You've heard right my friend..I've caught lots and lots of trout out of the Illinois and over in Missouri and they all tend to have the pink color..We caught some wild trout in Colorado and they were as white as snow..Very tasty...
