Went out to a lake yesterday and got into the hybrid/sandbass and crappie.
I'm really into the deep water structure fishing this time of year, so started at 30' catching suspended crappie, and went to 40-50' of water to catch the hybrids.
Ended up with a live well full in a couple of hours. Gave most away to some folks on the bank, and brought home 16. Even mix of crappie and hybrids/sandbass.

Haven't seen the lake levels at Tanny recently. Serious flood waters two weeks ago.
The trout would be in the creeks if it's still up.

Edit: Just got the lake tanneycomo report. Looks a little high, but not much.
