These both look similar and I have heard they come from the same factory in Turkey. Does anyone have any additional information or shot either one or both to help me make up mind on which one to get to solve my recoil problem.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or replies.

I have the Weatherby and generally like it - my only observation would be that it's not particularly fond of light target loads even with the "light" gas check installed. Other than that one nit - which may actually work out in time - it's a fine gun.

I did hear that the Weatherby comes with different gas blocks. I don't think the Mossberg does. I only plan to be shooting Self Defense loads but who knows, if it is fun to shoot, may shoot some lighter loads. Thanks for the info.
