Anyone know of an old time shop in OKC Metro that can tune a quadrajet carb on a 350 chevy. I do not have the mechanical knowledge of them, love to learn but i need to see it done not just read about it if i was going to tackle it.

Ahh, the old quadrabog!!
Damn that brings back a lot of memories! Good times.
I think I still have a heater choke box for the old chevy aluminum intake.
Good luck and may you have good memories with your ride!!

I've got one on my 71 bronco, qjets handle the rock crawling and steep angles 1000% better than a Holly or Edlebrock. I found all the tuning info on the web. That said, I've not rebuilt one, and they look like they've got more to go wrong than the other two brands.

I do not say this much as I pick and choose what I work on but I Love me some Carburetors.
Bring it to me if you want some hands on and a lot of information on tweaking that wonderful carb.

Quadrajets are great when new but after time and heat, the bodies will begin to warp and cause air leaks.
Once that starts, it's kinda hard to get a good tune.
Even remans are a gamble.
