I had my guns all cleaned and oiled,,,
Ammunition and range gear all packed up,,,
Car warmed up and ready for the drive to Edmond.

Cell rings,,,
Boss called from work,,,
The staff for a presentation were no shows.

So I'm sitting here behind a computer,,,
While he FGST is having fun.

9mm will work in the 40/357 Sig mags. Sometimes the last round won't feed, but otherwise it will work.

Aarond, that plain just bites. But if you have to work you have to work... Unless you tell the boss about your explosive diarrhea from eating some bad oysters last night. They may just pay you to stay home for that one.

I know that they will feed till the last round was just hoping I could borrow one to check the feeding. Only had a couple rounds anyway so just single fed them.

Thanks for everyone who came out. Had a lot of fun and some good conversation. Hopefully you can make it out to the next one as well. :thumbup3:

Sorry I couldn't make it out today. Had to resolve critical issues in a production web app for a client.

Maybe I'll be cloned by the next one.

Just remember that you will also need a clone to take care of the house and the clones will need another clone to take out the trash and do the menial tasks, he will be a little slow and call everyone Steve. :screwy:

The range was nice. The guy that was working the front counter was a lot nicer/more friendly then the guy that they had working the counter back when we went there a long time ago.

We went to Ron's Hamburgers & Chili, so no pizza, but the hot dog was HUGE and DELICIOUS. Chili cheese fries were ok, but not excellent. Mozzarella sticks were good.

Worked on my accuracy. Here is my girlfriend and I did.

So going to start the next one.

April 10th at H&H Shooting Sports. Should be a nice spring day but who knows if it will rain. Start when they open at 9:00 AM and finish up for lunch around 11:00 AM. They do have the cafe/restaurant on premises to eat or we can find some place nearby. A side note for those who would like to come out but may be a bit farther out there is supposed to be a National Street Rod Association http://www.nsra-usa.com/ event at the State Fairgrounds so this will be a good day to head out and make a day of it all. A little shooting in the morning with some lunch and then some cars in the afternoon. Since everything is in fairly close proximity it will be an easy one two stop. I have to double check but I believe that Sundays are the H&H 5.00 per shooter day.

April 10th 2016 at H&H Shooting Sports 9:00 AM Start, Break for lunch around 11:00 AM. Lunch location to be discussed.

June 18th 2016

August 27th 2016

October 8th 2016

Also let's hear some suggestions on other places around the Metro. I am thinking June possibly Big Boys down by Mustang and October for Wilshire Gun but after those two I am at a loss of where to head to next and would enjoy an outdoor tailgate Eat-N-Shoot if we can set one up.
