Yep, its there for import points with the ATF. I've got one an she's a fun little pistol. Ammo is cheap, buy alot to last, keep her really clean between firings, and have fun!!!

I had a "circle 11" years ago, and just recently picked up another one.
It's nice that the safety comes out with just a c-clip. Mine came off immediately, and is an excellent shooter as well!

I gave a VN bringback to my son a few years back and now I have the new model with the safety. They are great little fun guns and ammo is cheap and plentiful.
