Next Saturday, March 6th, is the regularly scheduled Practical Rifle Match. The Match will be held at Oil Capital Gun Club. Sign in will begin at 0900 and walk through will begin at 1000. Cost is $12 for non-Oil Capital members, and $10 for members. Round count will be around 70 rifle, 6 shotgun, and 20 pistol. There will be 5 stages in this coming Match. One of the stages will include a shotgun, one will include a pistol. However, if you wish to use pistol on both, you may. Shotgun ammo must be birdshot, #6 or higher, and no steel shot allowed.
This match is an excellent way to practice your skills with your firearms in a self defense type situation, and a heck of a lot of fun as well. The weather seems to be shaping up adequately. Bring a friend, bring your weapons, and enjoy an great day of shooting, friendship, and recreation. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask.
See you all there!
Dave

1.would M193 ball be okay to use in the rifle stage?
2. what if you dont have a holster for your pistol? Can you stick it it a pocket and be okay?
3. when bringing your guns onto the range from your car do you have to have them cased or anything?
