I ran across this and wanted to know if anyone here uses something like it and would it cause any issues with the smaller metal parts in the gun?

For in the home or office I think it would be fine and wouldn't mess up the gun at all. Would worry that in a vehicle or anything it could jar loose or mess up the finish of the gun wiggling on the magnet as the vehicle is moving.

I guess you would find out how "stainless" your stainless gun is.......

For $30 bucks ...I bet a guy could find a big old speaker magnet and some scrap leather to copy that concept and keep enough change to eat some burgers and fries later.
