Sounds like something is not right. I submitted a paper Form 4 on 5/14/20 and it was approved on 10/15/20. You might need to contact a congressman like someone has already mentioned.

I have already spoke with the Examiner at the ATF, not much can be done now at this point as they are waiting on the FBI.

Only option really is to get your elected officials involved. Not sure how much it helps or if they really do much.
