I have tracer bullets in .308 as well, but loaded in 30-06. I'm looking forward to some opinions on how they will work in your rifle. Buddy has a .300 blackout so I'd give some of the bullets to him to play with if they work OK.

i think there is 2 models of .308 tracer
the ones I got and loaded lit about 1/2-2/3 of the time.
all shot and cycled(but did not lock back bcg) good with the 16gn of 296
