Free antique Meister grand upright piano, manufactured in 1904. I purchased this piano for my wife approximately 11 years ago and it had been serviced, rekeyed, and tuned just before purchasing. Played beautifully a few years ago, but hasn't seen any use since we had kids. There is one sticking key and piano will likely need retuned as it's been moved twice since it was last tuned. Photo below is of an identical model as the piano is currently in my garage covered in plastic stretch wrap. Unfortunately no matching bench.

I wish I had room for it. It would make a great whiskey shelf.

Back after high school I worked for a local moving and storage company. We moved a lot of those upright and grand pianos. The older they were the heavier they got!

Myself and all my siblings took piano lessons as kids, and practiced on a piano that looked remarkably similar to that one.

When I was last at my parents house, it was in the basement, and Mom related the problems she was having just giving the thing away. Finally a cousin agreed to take it.

The thing had a brass sounding board inside. Probably 200 pounds of brass. I told her if it came down to it, I would demolish the piano, take the wood to the dump, and sell the brass for scrap.

Here's a photo of the piano. I fixed the sticking key issue this morning.
