After a teardown, John at Cache Creek said he suspects the sear spring being too weak.
I would still replace the sear.
Sear looked good. Pinned it all on the block, solid lock up.
It appears the sear spring wasn't reseting the disconnector and sear. Cheap fix. It's a good shooter.
