I had to sand and then bleach the wood to remove the stains that were on the butt end. On this one I went for more of a field type finish and did more of a matte. I did this by removing some of the gloss with steel wool after the final coat was dry, then smoothed it out by buffing lightly with an old tshirt. I also changed the bolt knob as the one that was on it was draging on the stock.</p><p></p><p>Also the SKS stock is done.
