I want to know what person in the right mind takes a lighter to someone's hair, even if the intent is to just scare/mess with them. None the less a girls hair, that has a 90%+ chance of having some kind of flammable hair product in it....

Once again, shows the mere stupidity of the kids being raised today, and even more so a reflection of the parents raising them.

Major lack of common sense, and thinking before you act. Here's to a few more Obama voters....
